GRAPHIC DESIGNER ROLE

• Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Working with the marketing team to ensure brand – consistency across the company
• Manage all design material in house and use of material
• Preparation of advertising campaigns promoting the sale of the company’s projects (mainly flats in residential projects and, marginally, the sale of entire projects).
• Preparation of regular posts on the company’s social media accounts (at least once every two weeks) with the aim of regularly reminding the brand to followers of the company’s social media account.
• Together with the project manager, preparation of regular posts on the social media account of the currently promoted project with the aim of spreading information about the project to followers of the company’s channels as well as to those interested in the project at any point along the way.
• Preparation of measurable and quantifiable campaigns including setting up and following up the budget of such campaigns in promoting the projects and overall management of the campaigns from the preparation of graphic, visual and content to its production.

• Setting up, licensing, and overseeing the setting up of the appropriate structure of CRM systems for client servicing, both in terms of managing client relationships during campaigns and subsequent sales and in terms of content-appropriate filling of CRM systems for pumping data into digital communication interfaces, especially the information web.
• Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
